After you place your first deposit, you’ll need to take part in a verification process via telephone where you’ll be asked to confirm details about your account with our Customer Service Department. If this verification process is not performed, we reserve the right to block any further deposits, void any and all promotions and winnings, and cancel any future withdrawals.
You can set up a deposit limit for your Account at any time by contact your Account Manager. The limit can be reviewed and changed only once per week. Changes usually are immediate, but please allow up to 24 hours for the deposit limit change to go into effect.
In order to deposit with Bitcoin, refer to the following steps:
- Decide on the amount you wish to deposit. Please note that the minimum deposit amount with us is $25 / €25 / au$25. When you have decided, click on the “Deposit” button.
- You will be shown a Bitcoin address and QR code that will be valid for the current transaction only. This means that every deposit you make will have its own unique QR code and Bitcoin address. This means that a new Bitcoin address should be requested for every new deposit transaction.
- Copy the Bitcoin address (or scan the QR code) from the Cashier and transfer the amount you want to deposit from your Bitcoin wallet to this address. Important: do not close or refresh the Cashier page while depositing.
- When the amount is transferred from your Bitcoin wallet, it will take time for the transaction to be confirmed. After it has been confirmed, it’ll be automatically added to your balance.

It is also very easy to withdraw your winnings.
All withdrawal requests must first be reviewed and approved by the Casino before being sent for payment. Please note that the verification process takes up to 4 business days (Monday through Friday).
You will have to make the request in your casino account; you should visit the Сashier and select “Withdrawal”. You may request the withdrawal once the documents have been fully verified and approved by the finance department.
When you request a withdrawal, please note that you will not be eligible to receive bonuses while your withdrawal is pending or being processed. However, you are free to reverse your withdrawal at any time and become eligible to receive bonuses once again.
Players making withdrawals will be required to send in valid identification documents that prove their age and current living address. The withdrawal will not be processed in any way until Eclipse Online Casino has received all requested identification documents. Acceptable documents are, but not limited to:
- Copy of ID (good quality, front/back, in color).
- Photos of all credit cards used to deposit at Eclipse Online Casino (good quality, front/back, in color). We require the first 6 and last 4 digits, the expiration date, and the card holder’s name on the front, and signature on the back to be visible. The rest can be covered.
- Photo of the player holding their ID close to their face (good quality, in color).
- CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION AGREEMENT (which can be found by clicking here).
- PAYMENT VERIFICATION FORM that has been properly filled in for wire transfers (which can be found here).
- A copy of a voided personal check. The voided check may be perforated with a “VOID” stamp, crossed out, or have “Void” written across it.
- Utility Bill (or any other official document that contains the current physical address and full name of the player) from within the past three (3) months.
Notice: The Credit Card Authorization Agreement should be provided for each and every card successfully used for transactions with the Casino prior to the withdrawal. The Casino reserves the right to cancel any withdrawal request in case the player fails to provide any of the above-mentioned Authorization Agreements.
The payment of a withdrawal will only be made to a Registered Customer. The player hereby gives us permission as well as to our designated agents, as and when we require, to confirm the player’s identity and to clarify the player’s right to use the money that the player has wagered at Eclipse Online Casino. The Casino may withhold any funds in player’s Eclipse Online Casino account until player’s age is successfully verified. If, on completion of the age verification process, a player is found to be underage, Eclipse Online Casino will return to the player all deposits made on the account, having voided all winnings and/or bonuses.

We don’t charge a fee for any withdrawal method; however, the player’s bank or payment processor may levy a fee to process the withdrawal.

The Casino reserves the right to send the winnings in installments, depending on the player class.
